About IIH UK
IIH UK was formed by a group of IIH sufferers and supporters who 'met' on the internet through the original "BIH Forum". We realised that although there are other organisations who provide some information on IIH there was no National organisation dedicated to the needs of sufferers of IIH in the UK – so we set one up!
Setting up the organisation has proven to be a slow process as the team members either have IIH or are close to someone who has IIH and of course have families and personal lives outside of IIH UK! However, we now have a newly elected and very enthusiastic Team. We are confident that IIH UK will become a fully recognised Charitable Organisation, promoting awareness, supporting sufferers, their families, carers and friends via our Support Forum and eventually helping to fund research in to IIH and its causes.
We are currently in the process of constructing our new website and apologise that at this time some information and leaflets are not currently available via this site.
